Delivery
Prices on our website do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be calculated at check out at the time of ordering and displayed on the ordering page.
We guarantee delivery of your order to the door. Please provide specific instructions regarding delivery alternatives if this condition is not likely to be suitable. Unfortunately we can take no further responsibility for your order or gift once they have been delivered.
We offer standard delivery and express delivery via Australia Post.
Standard Delivery shipping orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days to most locations.
Express Delivery is overnight delivery once order leaves our warehouse to all Metropolitan areas as specified by Australia Post for express post. There is still may be a 2 business day time frame to process order, Email us if urgent.
Warm Weather Chocolate Delivery
If your parcel will be exposed to heat over 26 degrees Celsius, we strongly recommend that your order with chocolate be held until weather conditions permit your order to be dispatched. In this instance we will notify you for instructions. We cannot guarantee the condition of your chocolate should you wish your order to be dispatched during warm weather conditions
Substitutions
Due to the nature of importing and product availability substitutions with a similar item of equal or greater value may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift will not be compromised in any way. Should a container become unavailable, we will contact you immediately to suggest a substitute container or Gift Basket.
Please NOTE: There is a short delay between online orders and an update of stock availability as in store stock levels may vary very quickly.
In the unlikely event that an order is placed and an item becomes out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value or alternatively provide you with a refund.
Returns
In the unlikely event that a Sweet Surprises product is damaged in transit, USA Sweets will send a replacement product upon return of the damaged product.

Product Information
Unfortunately, the majority of the products we offer either contains nuts, or have been in the environment of nuts and, therefore, are not suitable for those with nut allergies. Similarly our products are not suitable for those on a dairy free or gluten free diet.
